MICHAEL HOUSEHOLDeR, LCDC

 President

Mike has 14 years of industry experience and has 16 years in recovery himself. He is a licensed clinician working on his Masters in Psychology, and currently also serves as the Director for a treatment facility in Dallas. He has successfully led private-paid, insurance-driven, and non-profit Substance Use Disorder treatment facilities. His experience, personal and professional, brings an ideal skill set to lead Redemption Ranch Outreach.


JODI HOUSEHOLDeR

Secretary

Jodi leverages 25 years of experience working with various demographics, coaching and counseling in the workforce. She led the homeless outreach for Refiners Fire Church which included, coordinating food operations for the Austin Street Shelter, feeding 400 homeless men and women on a monthly basis. Her passion to help the homeless has led to extensive experience in managing donation drives to help collect necessities for displaced and lost people living on the streets. In addition to her career experience, Jodi has a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Psychology.

COURTNEY COLLINS

Vice President

Courtney, a full-time music educator for K-12 grades, leads worship at churches and conferences, co-owns a nonprofit camp ministry, and lives life one day at a time. On June 22, 2022, she embraced the gift of sobriety. Her path to recovery stands as a powerful testament to the life and redemption she has found in the Lord.

PHIL COLLINS

Treasurer

Phil is currently an estimator and project manager for a large commercial swimming pool company for the last 14 years. In addition to that he has been an elder at his church for 6 years and plays electric guitar for the worship band. Phil and his wife Courtney are directors of "By His Design Ministry" Which provides a week-long summer camp for kids. With the grace, love and the power of Jesus Christ, Phil is now in recovery from a 16 year addiction.

Christian Reed

Member

Christian is married to his wife Lauren and together they have 5 adult children and 7 grandchildren. He and his wife attend Thrive Community Church where he serves as Production Pastor and on the senior leadership team. In addition they lead a small group on marriage in their home. Christian has an extensive background with 23 years in the education system as a Teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal.  He is recognized as a diligent agent of creativity and positive change as teacher and administrator with a heart for all students (high achieving and at-risk alike). He is also a CrossFit coach, triathlete, accomplished professional musician and avid participant of lake sports.
